Πώς να ορίσετε / εμφανίσετε προεπιλεγμένη τιμή για την αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα στο Excel;

Από προεπιλογή, η γενική αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα που έχετε δημιουργήσει είναι κενή πριν επιλέξετε μια τιμή από τη λίστα, αλλά σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις, μπορεί να θέλετε να εμφανίσετε ή να ορίσετε μια προεπιλεγμένη τιμή / προεπιλεγμένη τιμή για την αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα πριν οι χρήστες επιλέξουν μία από εμφανίζεται η λίστα ως παρακάτω στιγμιότυπο οθόνης. Για να ορίσετε την προεπιλεγμένη τιμή για την αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα, πρέπει πρώτα να δημιουργήσετε μια γενική αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα και, στη συνέχεια, να χρησιμοποιήσετε έναν τύπο.

1. Δημιουργήστε μια αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα. Επιλέξτε ένα κελί ή ένα εύρος που θέλετε να τοποθετήσετε την αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα, εδώ είναι το K1 και κάντε κλικ στο ημερομηνία > επικύρωση δεδομένων. Δείτε το στιγμιότυπο οθόνης:

2. Στη συνέχεια, στο επικύρωση δεδομένων διαλόγου, κάτω ρυθμίσεις καρτέλα, επιλέξτε Λίστα από Επιτρέψτε λίστα και, στη συνέχεια, επιλέξτε την τιμή στην οποία θέλετε να εμφανιστεί στην αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα Πηγή πλαίσιο κειμένου. Δείτε το στιγμιότυπο οθόνης:

3. Στη συνέχεια κάντε κλικ στο κουμπί Ειδοποίηση σφάλματος καρτέλα στο επικύρωση δεδομένων διαλόγου και καταργήστε την επιλογή Εμφάνιση ειδοποίησης σφάλματος μετά την εισαγωγή μη έγκυρων δεδομένων επιλογή. δείτε το στιγμιότυπο οθόνης:

4. κλικ OK για να κλείσετε το διάλογο και μεταβείτε στην αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα και πληκτρολογήστε αυτόν τον τύπο = IF (J1 = "", "--select--") σε αυτό και πατήστε εισάγετε κλειδί. Δείτε το στιγμιότυπο οθόνης:

Συμβουλή: Στον τύπο, J1 είναι ένα κενό κελί δίπλα στο K1, βεβαιωθείτε ότι το κελί είναι κενό και "--επιλέγω--"είναι η προεπιλεγμένη τιμή που θέλετε να δείξετε και μπορείτε να τις αλλάξετε όπως χρειάζεστε.

5. Στη συνέχεια, κρατήστε επιλεγμένο το κελί της αναπτυσσόμενης λίστας και κάντε κλικ στο ημερομηνία > επικύρωση δεδομένων να δείξω επικύρωση δεδομένων διαλόγου ξανά και μεταβείτε στο Ειδοποίηση σφάλματος καρτέλα και ελέγξτε Εμφάνιση ειδοποίησης σφάλματος μετά την εισαγωγή μη έγκυρων δεδομένων επιλογή πίσω. 7. κλικ OK, τώρα προτού οι χρήστες επιλέξουν τιμές από την αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα, υπάρχει μια προεπιλεγμένη τιμή που εμφανίζεται στο καθορισμένο κελί με την αναπτυσσόμενη λίστα.

Hello, How can I get defined value limit in excel dropdown menu, like I want to Enter Apple in product against three name and it should not put 4th entry and give error if i do so, any solution please.

How can I set a data validation list such that if the drop down value in the cell is deleted, the cell will automatically show a default value (i.e. "-Select-")?

For example, I have a worksheet with multiple drop down lists that I want to show a default value of "-Select-" once the sheet is opened. A user will select values from the lists that will impact the result of calculations throughout the entire spreadsheet. A user may accidentally "delete" the cell contents of the lists. If this happens, rather than the cell becoming blank, I want the cell to show a default value of "-Select-". This scenario occurs in multiple random locations throughout the spreadsheet, not just in one localized place.

I was able to find the following VBA code so far, but it only applies the concept over a range, rather than just individual cells that contain drop down lists. The problem with what I have coded so far is that every single blank cell in the range ends up with "-Select-" in it. Some of the lists are in ranges, but some are also scattered throughout the sheet. The problem I'm having with my current code is that every single blank cell in the range ends up with "-Select-" in it. I'm trying to get this to apply over the entire worksheet to ONLY cells that are drop down lists.

Is what I'm trying to accomplish even possible?

The idea is nice, but my problem is that if the dropdown value is deleted, it doesn't revert to the default.

You can insert the function in that specific cell using VBA, make sure you call the insert function when workbook is opening.
