Outlook: Access violation

By the way, what is the version of Kutools for Outlook you are using?

I have remove and install your program.
It's same. I have the error when I want write a message (outlook windows open from external program like excel).
Just the error number change. Now it's " DD8170 ".

Have you any suggestion ?

Just for to be clear, the send box is display with the error if I want send a message from one application (outlook is not open)

...And if outlook is already open, the error is not display.

With error, send box don't display KuToolsmenu.
