Kutools for Excel 20.0; Excel crashes when opening an existing excel file

Each time I start Excel and open an existing excel file, Excel crashes without any error message.
When I start Excel and open an new workbook, close it and then open an existing excel file everything is fine.
This is very annoying and time consuming. Can you please provide a resolution for this issue?
I'm using Excel 365 V1907 build 11901.20218
